I am a passionate UX leader who designs from a human-centered core. I believe it encourages us to focus on the people we're creating for, let alone, the people we're creating with. This leads to better products, services, and internal processes.

I'm a natural leader and together with my 17 years of experience I've gained the ability to understand the bigger picture, optimizing for excellent execution, coordinating the needs of the different stakeholders and leading others in my team to bring out the best in them.

My joy in team leading is - getting to know people, allowing a growth space, be there when challenges occur, believe in them, maybe even a bit more than they believe in themselves and then see them rize up...

I have a Bachelor’s degree in design from Shenkar College, UX education from Netcraft Academy and a Design thinking workshop facilitator certificate from Discovers Academy. Throughout the years, I've worked as a graphic designer and lead the design team in a full-service brand & product design agency.
